Please use one of the provided templates to prepare your abstract. LaTeX is the preferred option, but a Word template is also available.

Abstract Guidelines

• The maximum length of the abstract is 1 page including figures and references
• Including a figure in the one page abstract is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.

All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the committee. Notifications of the review outcome will be sent within four weeks after the abstract submission deadline.
