Abstract submission

We invite the submission of abstracts for the event. The submission deadline is 1st December 2024 .

Abstract Templates

Please use one of the provided templates to prepare your abstract. LaTeX is the preferred option, but a Word template is also available.

Abstract Guidelines

• The maximum length of the abstract is 1 page including figures and references
• Including a figure in the one page abstract is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.

How to submit

Please submit the abstract on this link .

All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the committee. Each submission will receive one of two outcomes: "Accept" or "Reject" . Notifications of the review outcome will be sent within four weeks after the abstract submission deadline.
